1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in Australia. Cashback Catch is subject to local laws and regulations and is not open to minors.

2. Rewards

Rewards include cashback and other prizes listed on the game wheel. Prizes are subject to availability and may change. Cashback rewards will be added directly to the participant's Hello Clever account.

3. Clever Coins & Spins

Clever Coins, which grant spins in Cashback Catch, can be earned by completing in-app quests, completing social challenges and/or making purchases at affiliated merchants using the Hello Clever payment.

• Transferability of Coins: Clever Coins cannot be sold, gifted or otherwise transferred to any other individual, account, or third party, whether for monetary value or otherwise. Any attempt to transfer points in violation of these terms will result in forfeiture of the points and may lead to account termination at the sole discretion of Hello Clever.
• Validity Period: Clever Coins are valid for the current promotional period unless otherwise stated. For the February 2025 promotion, Clever Coins were valid from 4th February – 27th February, 2025.

4. General Conditions

The game is designed for entertainment purposes only. No purchase is required to participate, though conditions apply for earning spins. Hello Clever reserves the right to modify or discontinue the game without notice.

5. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified from the Cashback Catch program at the sole discretion of Hello Clever for any behaviour or actions that breach these Terms and Conditions or compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the program. Grounds for disqualification include, but are not limited to:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorised automation tools or scripts.
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities within the game.
• Breaching any applicable laws or regulations while participating in the program.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity or actions intended to unfairly manipulate the program’s outcomes.

Hello Clever reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, including disqualification, for any breaches of these conditions.

6. Social Media and Promotional Use

By participating, users consent to the use of their name and participation details in promotional material, unless they opt out in writing.

7. Weekly Prize Pool Promotion (May 2025) From Wednesday, 7th May to Wednesday, 28th May, the Cashback Catch wheel will go live every Wednesday at 5PM AEST, giving users a chance to win a share of $1,000 each week.

• Users can continue to earn Clever Coins and spins until 4:59PM AEST each Wednesday.
• Clever Coins do not expire between rounds and can be saved for the next draw.
• Prizes from this promotion are non-withdrawable and can only be used to make purchases from Hello Clever merchants.
